Today Zander is 6 months old and boy has he grown! :) He loves his food and especially loves to be able to get it to his mouth by himself. He is so exciting to be around and is mostly happy. He has a very contagious smile and laugh and a very playful personality. He loves it when his big sisters come to say good-morning when they wake up. He always has a smile for his sisters which makes it hard for them to leave him alone :) We are so happy to have this little man in our family.
He loves to lay on his tummy and kick his legs, but mostly he likes to be where everyone else is. At night before bed time you can find him sitting on the couch with daddy watching the cricket or tennis.
And a quick update on the girls…
This little princess started pre-primary (not preschool!) this week :) She is loving being at school and talks about her friends and things that happen at school constantly. Today she told me this: “there was a BIG frog in the toilet and it frightened me!” Mr Houweling was the hero who removed the frog and placed it in the school pond :)
This little princess has been in knickers for most of the day (apart from sleep time and driving time) with not a single accident! She was ‘on the phone’ constantly telling her friends that she is a big girl now and does “wees on the toilet”. We are looking forward to celebrating her 3rd birthday in just under 2 weeks.
