Who needs a horse?

Ashlyn loves to sit on Chevvy and tease him. He isn't bothered in the least even when he has a bone to chew on.

Chevvy is a very gentle giant when it comes to Ashlyn playing with him!! He lets her do almost anything!

A friends baby

A friend of ours had a baby girl so we went to visit. Ashlyn was so proud of herself that she was allowed to hold the baby.
Look how gently she has her hand wrapped around the baby.
I think she will be a really good big sister when our little bundle arrives. She really loves babies.

How to eat noodles!

Ashlyn decided she had her own way to eat her noodles for dinner... She thought it was the biggest joke and she wanted to teach us all about it!

She learnt this technique from her daddy who likes to lick his dessert bowl clean!

When Ashlyn's Uncle Liam comes over sometimes he likes to play computer games... Well this time Ashlyn thought she might "join in" aswell...

I think she was starting to slightly annoy Liam : )

Indy's 1st Birthday!!

Ashlyn's friend Indyanah turned 1 on the 13th of September! She shares a birthday with me (Beck). Ashlyn and Indy seemed to be having a competition of who could be the biggest pig! I'm not sure who won that!
Indyanah's mum, Aunty Chelle made a beautiful cake! Ashlyn loved singing 'Happy Birthday' to Indy!

One night at Pop and Grandma's

Ashlyn loves big boxes! Especially when Uncle Liam can fit in there with her! She will play in this box for ages at Grandma's. It is a parking spot for the dolls prams and a good hiding spot!
Ashlyn can't quite stand up inside this box, but she tries anyway!

She is very proud of herself and how much mess she can make while eating! She manages to get food in places where I didn't know she could reach!!!

The title says it all! Ashlyn found a much better way to use her Daddy's esky!

Watching Daddy

Ashlyn loves to watch her daddy mow the lawns! She sits at the door for ages while her daddy is busy outside.

Ashlyn's Birthday Party

Ashlyn got to wear her fairy dress on her party!!
She loved it when Aunty Boz and Uncle Brenny took Bruce to play with!
Ashlyn has loved running around outside as soon as she could walk (she only learnt a couple of weeks before her birthday but she looks like a pro!)

Ashlyn's First Birthday!!

Ashlyn got very spoiled for her birthday! She even had 2 parties! One on her birthday and one on the Saturday after her birthday. These are some photos of her birthday.

Aunty Boz and Uncle Brenny gave her a party dress and some "bling"!

Uncle Jason, Uncle Ben, Aunty Boz and Uncle Brenny all went together and got her a big bike!!

Playing with the toys!!

Ashlyn loves to make a mess with her toys!! She will go to her toy box and see a toy she wants right at the bottom... The result is ONE BIG MESS!! And a very happy little girl!!

I was trying to get a photo of Ashlyn standing on her own without holding on because that is a new thing that she can do... She knows how to make sure I don't get the photo that I want! And she thinks it is all a game!

Ashlyn will sit and read the same book for 10 minutes sometimes! She loves looking at the pictures and reading in her own little language!

Having fun Outside!!

Ashlyn loves to crawl around outside in the sun!! These first two pictures are before she had found anything to put in her mouth... she was just happy trying to catch me while I was trying to get a few good photos of her. She crawls so fast that I hardly had time to take many photos of her coming toward me!!
